A homeowner visits the site, uploads a photo of their current lawn or garden, answers 5 quick questions about what they want, and instantly sees AI-generated renders of their dream garden. To receive and save the renders, they enter their name, phone number and email. That lead lands straight in the landscaper's inbox — and on their phone — the moment it's submitted.

Contact forms convert at around 2-5% because they're boring and give the visitor nothing in return. LawnSlider gives them an exciting, visual experience — they see their dream garden before they've even spoken to anyone. That excitement converts at a dramatically higher rate, and the leads who come through are warm, engaged, and already picturing the job done.

The moment a homeowner submits their details, the landscaper receives an email with the lead's name, phone number, email, and what they're looking for. We also set up Gmail filters on their iPhone so the notification hits their lock screen instantly. There's also a click-to-call button on the results page so the homeowner can ring the landscaper directly while they're still excited.

QuickReview is a simple web app that lives as a bookmark on the landscaper's phone. After finishing a job with a happy customer, they open the bookmark, type in the customer's phone number, and hit send. The customer receives a text message with a personalised review request and a direct link to the landscaper's Google review page. Done in under 10 seconds, from the truck.

Google uses the number and quality of reviews as a major ranking signal for Google Maps and local search. More 5-star reviews means higher rankings. Higher rankings means more people finding the landscaper's website. More people on the website means more people using LawnSlider and submitting leads. That's the flywheel — reviews and leads feeding each other continuously.

We do. All SMS costs are included in the monthly fee. The landscaper pays $200/month and that's it — no surprise Twilio bills, no per-message charges, nothing extra. They send the review requests, we handle the cost.
